Q: Does T-Mobile charge a deposit if my credit is not good?
A: No - T-Mobile now has FlexPay Plans. FlexPay Plans come in two ways: Month to Month or Annual Contract (2 years). With the Month to Month you pay the retail price for the phone and can choose from most of the T-Mobile plans. With the Annual Contract you get the activation discount on the phone and can choose from most of the T-Mobile plans. With both FlexPay Plans you pay for your account in advance of using the phone.


Q: Can you replace my insured cell phone today in the store?
A: No - you must call the insurance company for a replacement phone.


Q: What is My Faves?
A: T-Mobile offers single line and family plans that include unlimited calling to and from 5 phones numbers on each phone. These phones numbers can be any US phone number even landlines. 


Q: How can I tell if my phone has water damage?
A: For most phones take the back off and look under the battery for a small sticker. This sticker should be white, if it is pink or red then the phone has been water damaged.  


Q: How do I call Customer Care if my phone is not working?
